Do You Allow Pickups?

Yes we do. Simply select Pickup option at the checkout and indicate the date and time for a pick. Pickup is only from our factory at 51 Carr Road, Three Kings, Auckland.

Do You Deliver NZ wide?

Yes certainly! We deliver New Zealand wide. For a more customised large order, please contact us on newzealand@bikanervala.com to discuss delivery costs.

How Do I Get Issues with My Order Resolved?

Please contact us promptly on newzealand@bikanervala.com with your order number to discuss any matters relating to your orders. We endeavor to response within 24 hours.

DELIVERY INFO - South Island deliveries need a minimum 3 clear working days.
Major towns in the North Island need a minimum 2 clear working days.
For Auckland - We recommend using the same day delivery option.
